BLT:

No, not a sandwich! Our BLT is a fun and upbeat class targeting your butt, legs and thighs. We focus on all those tough to tone areas!

CARDIO KICKBOXING:

Cardio kickboxing is a group class that combines martial arts with fast-paced cardio. It is a high-energy workout that will challenge beginners as well as elite athletes. You will build stamina; improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.

BOX FIT:

We will strengthen and tone the core area of the body including your abs, back, legs, and butt! Come transform your body and help get your greatest "assets" feelings great! We will use a variety of equipment and bodyweight to burn some calories in this fabulous class! All levels welcome!

REAL RYDER:

The only indoor cycle that actively engages your core and upper body to better reach your fitness goals!

REAL RYDER HIIT:

High Intensity Interval Training on the REAL RYDER. Short periods of high intensity followed by short rest period.

REAL RYDER BOX:

A 60-minute ride combining intervals of spinning and kickboxing.

RUGGED:

This class is exactly what it sounds like! Sandbags, Kettlebells and Bands...are you ready? Rugged is a full body, conditioning class, using resistance bands, sand bags, kettlebells and your own body weight! Getting an amazing workout doesn't require a ton of fancy equipment!

KETTLEBELL CARDIO:

Kettlebells are not only one of the most beneficial fitness equipment for strength training, but for cardio as well. This means it develops the cardiovascular system more. In addition, we must not forget that it strengthens and tones the muscles better.

TABATA:

Tabata training is one of the most popular forms of high-intensity interval training (HIIT). It consists of eight rounds of ultra-high-intensity exercises in specific 20-seconds-on, 10-seconds-off intervals. This class is high intensity with amazing results!

BATTLE ROPE BOOTCAMP:

Battle Rope Bootcamp provides a super intense, high calorie fat burning fitness experience. If you have never used a Battle Rope to train, this is the class to try. It will change your fitness experience. Most of the exercises are full body combining strength and cardio. At the end of this class you will be exhausted but exhilarated.

TRX:

The TRX Suspension Trainer is a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight! Suspension bodyweight exercises will help to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability.

CASE METHOD:

Grab your dumbbells for this Cardio Kickboxing PUMP HIIT workout! We'll burn up calories with dynamic, fun kickboxing moves and strengthen and tone our entire body with compound exercises to target every muscle and leave you dripping!

RIPPED:

Ripped class is super fun and utterly empowering. This class will see you lifting, pumping and bench pressing barbells, dumbbells and pretty much anything heavy to give you a defined and chiseled body. There's no mercy here so you'll be lifting until you can lift no more - but the results are so worth it.

SUPERIOR'S TRIDENT:

Three workouts in one! The class is designed to give you the ultimate challenge and total body workout. Sweat through 20 minutes of JUMP, 20 minutes of Strength Training, and 20 minutes of REAL RYDER. Are you ready for the challenge?

STRETCH STRENGTH CORE:

This class has a strong mind body connection consisting of low impact flexibility, muscular strength and endurance exercises. It emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.

PLYOGA:

A 4-Interval Training System combining the flexibility and balance benefits of Yoga as an active recovery for fun and challenging Plyometric movement (using only the body). Many feel like they can't slow down to take Yoga. If you said that, this class was made for you!

BANDS:

Burn a little rubber (and a lot of fat!) with this band workout. All you need is BANDS!

SUPERIOR TEENS:

Develops physical skills in an environment of community, accountability, teamwork and responsibility.

WEIGHTS PILATES:

Pilates with light weights.

CORE/UPPER BODY:

This power class will focus on toning and strengthening the core and upper body.

ABS & BANDS:

A strong core improves your physique, help prevent back pain, and makes your whole body feel stronger and more balanced. The core is your girdle of strength where most of full body movement originates, so strengthening your core is critically important.

INSANITY LIVE:

Insanity is a total body workout that requires no equipment. You exercise using your own body weight for resistance. The program is based on a fitness method called "max interval training." In traditional interval training, you exercise at a very intense pace for a short period of time, and then rest for longer periods in between. The idea is to increase your aerobic fitness level while burning fat. Max interval training has you work as hard as you can for 3-minute intervals, with 30-second periods of rest in between.

HOTWORX DESCRIPTION

HOTWORX has revolutionized the fitness industry by providing the ultimate calorie burning, hot exercise experience! Our powerful combination of heat, infrared energy, and exercise- what we like to call "3D Training"- makes HOTWORX a workout unlike any other fitness program available. A certified Virtual Instructor guides users through each session, while encouraging you to EARN THE BURN. With a variety of 15-minute High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) sessions and 30-minute Isometric workouts available, there's surely a hot exercise option for you!

HOT ISO:

This is the original HOTWORX workout. It is performed for 30 minutes inside of the HOTWORX infrared sauna at 125 degrees. There is a modified yoga sun salutation warm-up called the "Launch Phase." Following the Launch Phase clients enter the main workout "Flight Phase," which consists of 14 isometric postures beginning with lower body then upper body and finishing with core. The "Landing Phase" is the cool down period ending with a seated, legs crossed, meditative posture.

HOT YOGA:

The HOTWORX version of hot yoga is simply outstanding! It is pure yoga at 125 degrees for 30 minutes providing clients the most accelerated results and the very best for a hot yoga workout.

HOT PILATES:

The HOTWORX version of hot pilates provides an intense core workout while focused on the principles of Pilates: Centering, Concentration, Control, Precision, Breath, and Flow.

HOT WARRIOR:

This workout is an accelerated version of Hot Iso designed for athletes. There is less time to rest between postures and there is added emphasis placed on form and technique. This Warrior version is perfect for athletes to use as a supplement to their current training program and is designed to benefit any sport. Note that this workout is also excellent for athletic training recovery.

HOT BUNS:

This workout is designed to get your butt in shape, period. The warm-up and cool down is similar to the Hot Iso. The Flight Phase for Hot Buns, however, maintains focus on the glutes and provides an intense flow of isometric postures for the back side!

HOT CORE:

This is the first ever 30 minute session designed for core training and self myofascial release with a foam roller. The first half of the workout consists of focused abdominal, hip and lower back work, for the CORE. Core strength is vital. Everything begins and ends with the core! The second half provides for a self-administered deep tissue massage guided by the virtual instructor. With this HOTWORX foam roll session, there is no better way to accelerate workout recovery and to reduce the appearance of cellulite.

HOT ROLL:

Hot Roll was created to give you the experience of a full body 30 minute deep tissue massage using a foam roller led by a virtual instructor. This is the first video of its kind for self-myofascial release. It is structured to allow for a total body massage and let's you find and release your trigger points, getting rid of knots and muscle tension. This session is one of the best ways to accelerate workout recovery time. When you add 120-125 degrees of infrared heat to the session the recovery time is enhanced even more

HOT ZEN:

This session is 30 minutes of meditation bliss. HOTWORX believes that clients should meditate how they see fit inside of the infrared sauna. Zen music and an ocean beach video create the perfect meditative environment inside of the HOTWORX infrared sauna.

HOT CYCLE:

Hot Cycle takes clients through a 15 minute High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) session inside the HOTWORX Infrared Sauna. Experience this incredible lower body resistance and cardio workout while you reap the benefits of the infrared energy and heat environment.

HOT ROW:

Hot Row allows clients to experience a total body resistance training workout in only 15 minutes with this HIIT session. The Cross Row gives clients rapid repetitions for rows, chest press and leg press all at once inside of the HOTWORX Sauna. Experience this incredible total body resistance and cardio workout while you reap the benefits of the infrared energy and heat environment.
