If we haven’t already met, I’m Coach Michelle! I’ve lived right here in Toms River since 1975. I’m married to an amazing guy and have two beautiful daughters who are my whole world.
I have a degree in Business Management, Hotel Restaurant Management, and Elementary Education. But it wasn’t until 2013 that I really began to follow my true passion.
But let’s rewind…. In 2005, I started working out full-force. I tried P90x, then Turbo Fire, ChaLean Extreme, Insanity, Focus T25, The 21 Day Fix, Insanity Max 30 and Hip Hop Abs. You get the idea. However, I wasn’t paying attention to what I was putting into my body. The nutrition side of things was where I faced my biggest challenge. I’d start my day off like a champ! But by end of the night, I’d be sitting on the couch, with a bag of cookies or chips with a side of regret. The next morning, I’d feel bloated and angry with myself for making those decisions. Then I’d do it all over again.
After the birth of my first child, I found it even harder to lose weight and keep it off. I wanted to get back in shape and feel confident again. But being a busy mom, I always found excuses. Until one day, I started educating myself in the fitness industry. I took one class and another and another. Eventually receiving several certifications.
I now hold 10+ certifications, with no signs of stopping.
My goal is to support and motivate clients along every step of their fitness journey. It’s NEVER too late to improve your health. With individualized training and proper technique, I’m here to help you achieve results. I enjoy helping people of all fitness levels become the best versions of themselves by creating a FUN environment where you are challenged and feel accomplished after every workout.
